I help age-group triathletes balance training, work, and life — without sacrificing long-term health or performance.
I coach motivated long-course triathletes who want to train intelligently alongside a full professional and personal life. Most of my athletes are experienced, time-limited, and looking for structure rather than hype.
Coaching is fully remote and highly individualized. Training plans are adapted weekly based on performance data, recovery, and real-life constraints. Communication is direct, thoughtful, and focused on helping you make consistent progress over time.
I am a multiple Ironman World Championship Kona qualifier and a certified endurance coach. I also work full-time as a software engineer, which gives me a practical understanding of training under real-world constraints.
If you’re looking for a structured, thoughtful coaching relationship — I’d be happy to connect.

I believe effective endurance training should be simple, structured, and sustainable. My methodology is influenced by modern endurance research and the Norwegian model, with a strong emphasis on controlled intensity, consistency, and long-term development.
Strength training plays a central role in my coaching. It supports performance, improves movement efficiency, and helps slow the physical decline that often limits masters athletes.
I also value efficient biomechanics. While coaching is remote, I help athletes identify and address key movement limitations, particularly at the beginner and intermediate level, where improvements can be both meaningful and achievable.
I work with a limited number of athletes to ensure quality and attention.
Find if it's right for youI’m an endurance athlete, coach, and software engineer with a long-term view of performance.
I’ve been involved in endurance sport for decades and have qualified multiple times for the Ironman World Championship in Kona as an age-group athlete. Over the years, I’ve experienced both successful self-coaching and the value of working with a coach, which strongly shapes how I work with my own athletes today.
My academic background is in sport sciences, and I recently formalized my coaching work through UESCA certification. I’m particularly interested in modern endurance methodologies, strength training for longevity, and helping athletes train effectively with limited time.
Alongside coaching, I work full-time as a software engineer. This background influences my coaching style: structured thinking, clear systems, and respect for constraints. I understand what it means to balance training with a demanding career and family life.
Coaching, for me, is about helping athletes build durable performance they can sustain for years — not just for one race.
